Elisha Wing (Stephen Wing, Rev. John, Matthew), born February 2, 1668/69
at Sandwich, Plymouth Colony, Massachusetts. Elisha was a Quaker like his
father before him and in his will he wished to be buried "according to his

was born about 1671, the daughter of Daniel Butler and Elizabeth House. Mehitable

indicate that Mehitable was the daughter of Thomas Butler and Dorothy
Howes).
