John Wing (Ananias Wing, John Wing, Rev. John, Matthew, was born in Harwich, Barnstable Massachusetts on April 3, 1702. Although it isn't known for certain on what date John died, his will was probated between April 8, 1773 and May 11, 1773 at Harwich, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts. John was approximately 71 years of age at his death. John Wing married Mary Knowles in Eastham, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts on February 21, 1728/29. They were married by Mr. Benjamin Webb.

Mary was born October of 1709 at Eastham, the daughter of Colonel John Knowles and Mary Sears. Mary died after April 8, 1773 at approximately 63 years of age.

John Wing made a will in Harwich, Barnstable, on April 8, 1773. In his will, John Wing mentions his wife Mary, sons, Barnabas, John, James, Joshua, and Enoch, and daughters Sarah (and testator says, "her other name is at present unknown to me"), Abigail Bangs, Keziah Sears, Anna Freeman, Phebe Wing and Temperance Wing.

The inventory of John Wing (II) estate in Harwich, Barnstable, MA was taken on about May 11, 1773. The inventory amounted to £351, 6s, 8d real £79, 7s 9½d pe and was presented at the Barnstable Probate Court.

John Wing (II) and Mary Knowles had the following children:

5. Keziah Wing, born in Harwich, Barnstable Co., Massachusetts on June 17, 1739. Keziah married Seth Sears in Harwich on May 16, 1765. Seth was born April 9, 1725 at Harwich, the son of Samuel Sears and Ruth Merrick. Seth died around May 28, 1770 at Harwich at about 45 years of age.

6. Joshua Wing, born April 5, 1741 at Harwich...Joshua died young.

7. Joshua Wing, born August 8, 1742 at Harwich.

8. Barnabas Wing, born August 26, 1744.

9. Enoch Wing, born November 23, 1746

10. Anna Wing, born March 27, 1748 at Harwich. Married Prince Freeman on December 20, 1770. Prince was born about 1745.

11. Phebe Wing, born at Harwich on April 1, 1750
