Timothy Gifford, sonof Sarah Wing and Robert Gifford

Timothy Gifford (Sarah Wing, Stephen Wing, Rev. John, Matthew) born about 1691. Timothy married Hannah Tompkins on April 18, 1717 at Tiverton, Newport, Rhode Island. Hannah was the daughter of Nathaniel Tomkins and Elizabeth Allen.

Timothy Gifford made his will on June 29, 1773 and it was probated on October 3, 1780.

Timothy Gifford and Hannah Tomkins had the following children:

1. Rebekah Gifford, born June 5, 1719.

2. Daniel Gifford, born July 20, 1721.

3. Robert Gifford, born April 3, 1724.

4. Constant Gifford, born December 6, 1728 at Dartmouth, Bristol Co., Massachusetts. Constant died in 1816 at the age of 87. She mad a will on October 16, 1804 at Dartmouth and it was probated on October 29, 1816.

5. Hannah Gifford, born April 25, 1733 at Dartmouth.

6. Timothy Gifford Jr., born June 2, 1735.
