THIRD DISTRICT
Pennsylvania
The Keystone State
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, played
a big role in the American
Revolution. Both the Declaration
of Independence and the
Constitution were signed in
Philadelphia, and it served as the
nation's capital from 1790 to 1800.
Philadelphia is the largest city in
Pennsylvania.
New Jersey
The Garden State
New Jersey's diners are famous
for their unique architecture and
sheer numbers—there are said to
be more in the state than
anywhere else, leading some
people to call the Garden State
"Diner Capital of the World."
The Third District represents Pennsylvania,
New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia,
West Virginia and Washington D.C
Family, we need help with this district...it is large and the former
District Representative had to resign. We need a District
Representative in the worse way. Maybe more than one...a duo or a
trio or a foursome maybe.

WE NEED VOLUNTEERS. PLEASE HELP
Maryland
The Old Line State
Maryland is famous for great
seafood, especially crabs. During
lunch hour on Maryland's
Chesapeake Bay, vendors sell
almost as many crabcakes as hot
dogs and hambugers combined.
Delaware
The First State
On December 7, 1787, Delaware,
became the first state to ratify the
United States Constitution.
Virginia
The Old Dominion State
Virginia, site of the first English
settlement in America and
birthplace of eight U.S. presidents,
played a major role in both the
American Revolution and Civil War.
Find out about the major role
Virginia has played in America's
history!
West Virginia
The Mountain State
West Virginia became a separate
state on the eve of the Civil War.
The rest of Virginia decided to
leave the Union, while the parts
that are now West Virginia chose
to stay.
Washington, D. C.
The Capital of the United States of
America. Named for our first
President, George Washington.
The district's name, "Columbia", is
an early poetic name for the United
States and a reference to
Christopher Columbus, an early
explorer of the Americas.
